Shahnawaz Shaikh
Shahnawaz Shaikh is an interior designer with over twenty years of hands-on experience in interior design, specializing in cafes, restaurants, and commercial kitchens.
His work spans the full project lifecycle — from concept and space planning to on-site execution, including electrical and plumbing layout marking, tiling, waterproofing, and material selection.
He has delivered projects for commercial kitchen clients including Foojoo.
Based in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, he combines design aesthetics with practical site supervision, ensuring projects are built to spec and on schedule.
Ar. Shahzeb
With over half a decade of architectural experience, I have developed a strong foundation in design and technical coordination. My work spans residential, commercial, landscape, industrial, and mixed-use projects, from concept design through construction administration.
I create detailed architectural plans, 3D models, and presentations, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with building codes and client requirements.
I value sustainable design and practical, well-executed solutions.

Why We Created Dedicated In-House Execution Teams
Besim Design was established over two decades ago. Early in our journey, we recognized a critical industry bottleneck: unless there is an uncompromising, dedicated execution team on the ground, most brilliant architectural designs remain unfulfilled dreams.
We took a conscious decision to establish our own specialized in-house execution teams. Realizing the immense value and success of this approach, we extended our services to other designers and developers, empowering them to focus purely on creativity while we handle the intricate logistics, municipal codes, and structural fit-outs.
