1. Purpose of Data Collection

Besim Design ("we", "our", or "the firm") collects personal contact data (including your name, phone number, email address, commercial business typology, and project details) exclusively for the following specified architectural and commercial purposes:

• Reviewing site parameters and evaluating spatial feasibility for proposed projects.
• Contacting you via phone or email to provide commercial estimations, fee proposals, and architectural design tenders.
• Delivering requested company credential brochures and PDF portfolios.

2. Data Minimization & IP Protection

In strict adherence to DPDP principles, we only collect information strictly required to assess your project. We do not track or sell raw visitor IP addresses. IP addresses are hashed immediately using a one-way cryptographically salted SHA-256 algorithm to prevent spam and rate-limit abusive requests, without persisting your raw location or identity.

3. Storage and Confidentiality

All lead submissions are stored in an encrypted and access-controlled internal studio database. Administrative access requires multi-factor session validation with httpOnly cookies. We never share, license, or monetize your contact information with third-party marketers or external brokers.

4. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act

As a data principal under Indian law, you have the right to:

• Request confirmation of whether your personal data is processed by our studio.
• Request correction or updating of outdated or inaccurate contact records.
• Request total deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") of your enquiry record from our CRM.
